Enstor Pipeline Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Enstor Gas, LLC (together “Enstor”), today announced it has signed a purchase and sale agreement with funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners (“Basalt”) to acquire Black Bear Transmission Opco, LLC (“Black Bear” or the “Company”). The acquisition is subject to customary completion conditions, including certain regulatory consents, and is expected to complete in Q4 2025.

Mississippi Hub is a high-deliverability underground natural gas storage facility located on the Bond Salt Dome in Simpson County, Mississippi. The Expansion Project includes three additional storage caverns, each with approximately 10 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of working storage capacity, as well as incremental expansion of the hub’s existing caverns.

(Enstor) has executed a New Technology Implementation Grant Program Contract with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”) for the replacement of eight (8) lean burn natural gas engines with remanufactured rich burn natural gas engines that are more efficient and produce lower emissions. This joint effort between Enstor and TCEQ not only benefits the environment in a nonattainment area, but it increases Enstor’s capabilities to serve our customers. Enstor Gas, LLC (“Enstor”), an independent natural gas storage operator based in Houston, today announced veteran natural gas executive Peter Abt has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Origination. In this role, Mr. Abt is responsible for the company’s growth through sourcing and securing new business at Enstor’s eight storage facilities, which are strategically located across five states and Alberta, Canada. He is primarily focused on long-term structured transactions to grow Enstor’s firm storage service portfolio. Mr. Abt reports directly to Enstor Chief Executive Officer Paul Bieniawski.
